The 4 day trail takes place high up in the Maluti Mountains overlooking the Kingdom of Lesotho some 3 500 metres above sea level. It is a landscape rich in natural beauty, caves, bushman paintings and pioneer history.

To truly understand what conservation is all about, you'll spend time at Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre.

The Centre is run by Brian Jones, who has been rescuing injured and orphaned endangered animals for over 40 years and is a major force in the fight for conservation.

The horse safari is a unique experience for those who seek to combine the pleasures of long distance riding with a love for the wild and the thrill of an African Safari.
Ipiti offers 6 and 10 day game ranger courses for people who would like to enhance their knowledge about all aspects of bush management, wildlife and conservation. The courses are conducted by experienced rangers in and around Big 5 areas in South Africa. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants in a group with a minimum of 4 participants. Minimum age is 17 years.

Syllabus includes the following subjects: Safari etiquette, tracking, spoor identification, animal and bird behaviour, tree and bird identification, ecology, animal diseases, animal anatomy (and skinning), reptiles and reptile behaviour, snakes and snake-bite treatment, anti-poaching, habitat evaluation and handling of firearms.
